DINING AT PARK HYATT SYDNEY

Staying at the Park Hyatt Sydney is spectacular, but dining at this 5 star hotel was an experience unto itself.

We dined at the restaurant for lunch the day we checked in, and the following day had drinks in the bar. We quickly realised that this is somewhere you’d want to dine whether staying at the hotel or not – which is most welcomed, or somewhere you’d invite friends to meet you for a meal during your stay. The dress code is smart casual and again, the view is equally as delicious as the menu.

We sipped on Champagne as we enjoyed the chilled prawn and calamari salad. The spaghetti with chilli, garlic, lemon and parsley was sumptuous. The burrata with tomato seed oil and flat bread was so delicious. We can’t wait to come back as everything we tried was an absolute winner. 

The breakfast service is exclusively for staying guests, with ours included with our room. From the menu, we could select one hot dish from the a la carte menu, but also make use of the continental buffet. Each morning we were wowed by everything we selected – eggs benedict, the sourdough avocado and poached egg, the Dining Room breakfast plate, and special shout out to the Ricotta Pancakes. The combo of honey, whipped ricotta and cinnamon all melting together was off the charts!
