PARK HYATT SYDNEY

If you’re looking for a luxe stay in Sydney, there is literally nothing better than this. Park Hyatt Sydney is everything and more. We can’t explain how magical it is to wake up to an unrivalled view of the Sydney Opera House and the gorgeous harbour.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the valet and concierge staff, the whole experience felt like a dream.

We stayed in a King Bed with Opera View Deluxe room, and simply opening the door gave us goosebumps. The interior is luxurious, contemporary, warm and stylish, with gorgeous furniture and rich chocolate and cream colours throughout. The curtains lifted as we walked in and the panoramic view of the Harbour took our breath away.

The room was huge (75-square metres) with a king bed, Bose digital sound system, coffee machine, huge TV, fancy Toto toilet… you name it. Art and sculpture is on display throughout the hotel and the rooms, giving an air of sophistication and beauty. Naturally, free WiFi and your choice of morning newspaper are also included.

Stepping out onto one of our two private balconies, we breathed in this iconic view as a couple of joggers ran by on the waters edge below. Elsewhere inside the hotel you’ll find the most stunning rooftop terrace with heated pool and spa with panoramic views, with exclusive use for staying guests. Business centre, meeting rooms, full gymnasium and treatment spa.

Stepping out the front door of the hotel, you have The Rocks with its cobbled laneways, cafés and stores, Museum of Contemporary Art, Circular Quay and more are all a matter of a few steps away.

The hotel staff where next-level impeccable. In every interaction we had they were warm, friendly, and incredibly accomodating to any question or request. It was clear that they were invested in making sure you have the most enjoyable stay possible.

Dining at the Park Hyatt was an experience unto itself. We enjoyed lunch when we first arrived, breakfast each morning of our stay, and drinks at the bar – and were wowed every single time. Once again the location and view is made the most of, but the food is to die for.

It’s rare to stay at a hotel where the entire stay feels like an experience, but that’s exactly what this was. We can’t wait to come back to the Park Hyatt Sydney and we can’t speak of it highly enough. We know you would love it just as much as we did.
